Hello! I’m Jane, a passionate problem-solver making an exciting transition from Human Resources to Software Development. This transition isn’t just about switching careers—it’s about following my true passion for technology and its power to create meaningful, user-centered solutions that enhance efficiency and improve lives. I've always been fascinated by how technology can streamline processes, enhance user experiences, and empower people through innovative solutions.
During my time in HR, I witnessed firsthand how technology transforms the way people work—from automating workflows and improving collaboration to optimizing efficiency and user experiences. I worked closely with IT teams to refine our company's onboarding platform, company's career website, integrated HR tools via API to reduce manual work, and trained teams on HR tech systems. Each of these experiences ignited a deep curiosity in me—I didn’t just want to use technology; I wanted to understand how it was built and contribute to creating it.
That’s when I realized: I don’t just want to implement software—I want to develop it. I want to be the one writing code, solving problems, and building solutions that enhance efficiency and innovation.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s in International Management (specializing in HR), my background has always been rooted in understanding systems—whether social, organizational, or technological. My HR experience sharpened my ability to listen, analyze needs, and collaborate to solve problems. Now, I’m applying these skills to software development, where creativity, logic, and problem-solving come together to bring ideas to life.
These projects have deepened my love for coding, reinforcing that software development isn’t just about writing lines of code—it’s about creating intuitive, accessible, and impactful solutions that solve everyday problems and improve lives.
What excites me most about this field is its endless potential—to improve efficiency, solve real-world problems, and connect people in ways we never imagined. I thrive on tackling challenges, continuously learning, and turning ideas into reality through code.
I’m currently seeking a training position as an IT specialist for application development to further develop my skills, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to real-world projects alongside a team of passionate developers. I’m eager to learn, grow, and make a tangible impact in the IT industry.
Beyond the technical aspects, I believe that great software isn’t just about functionality—it’s about the people who use it. My goal is to bridge the gap between technology and human needs, building solutions that are not only efficient but also intuitive and user-friendly.
This transition into tech is more than a career change—it’s a purpose-driven mission to innovate, create, and make a real difference. I’m excited for what’s ahead and can’t wait to bring my skills, passion, and fresh perspective to the world of software development.
